Saint Romain white 2011

On entering the village of Saint Romain, on your left you will find the master of the house, past the mill, which houses the family area of 13 ha. François Rapet spends 4.5 ha to 2011 adorned with pale gold, finely fruity nose of apple, pear and citrus fruit, enhanced by a hint of mineral. The palate shows lively in attack, rounder and warm in its development, and good length on the finish. Drink it over the next two years on a Burgundy pochouse.
